Amazing location in the city centre, 10 minutes drive to shopping area and local restaurants nearby, cozy budget place, nice room and polite staffs. Reception who in charge in the night time seems didn't so much helpful and communicative, slow responded and ignoring my request. But the rest members were amazing. I requested an early check in and I was willing to pay an extra charge, he didn't give me the rooms. While was waiting for 2 hours, another reception gave me the room and told me the room was ready since earlier, same payment of an early check in but different service from reception.

awesome room very clean and spacious for us to put our bags and stuff. the room is exactly like the pictures. lovely and helpful staff. everyday we come back to our room clean and beds made. convenient location. right next to the zoo and bakery nearby. there is indomaret nearby. there is also a coffee stall and Indo mee stall at the lobby. yummy coffee. best budget hotel ever. would stay at pop again!! love it!

Staff were helpful and kind. Bed was very comfortable. The hotel is in a good location, easy to reach everything you want to within 20 minutes or so.

Clean, comfortable, good location. Approx 7 KMs from Chinatown and Arabic towns. 5min walk from zoo.

Excellent location, bang in the middle of Surabaya. The room was small, but clean. The washrooms were clean too with hot water, though there is no separation between bath and toilet. It features a restaurant where you can order in room service as well as a warung-style kopi shop downstairs.

overall fine a little improve for the room maintenance and make sure is proper working special to Afi from Housekeeping really helpful when we’re arrived

I get what I need while staying here. All the standard services were all checked nicely for me and its place at the center of Surabaya giving me a perfect spot to go around. Its just too bad I couldn’t spend more time.
